As an added treat we will be smoking 2 types of ribs (St Louis style and Texas style) in our Cookshack Smoker.  The food should be done between 2-3 PM.  If you have not ever had items cooked in one of these culinary devices I suggest to stop by and see how easy they are to use.  Setup is in minutes and pretty much no mess clean up.

We also may have an opportunity to sell Sous Vide water ovens later this summer.  The ink has not dryed on the contract yet but they sent us a demo unit so we will be experimenting this weekend cooking salmon and chicken.  If you have not seen a demo on these items you are missing out on a revolutionary new home product.  I have seen limited demos on these during cooking shows at the Pebble Beach Food and Wine.  Jacque Pepan uses one but it is big and bulky.  This unit is made for the home and comes in 2 sizes.  Here is a link to a video of the product.     http://www.youtube.com/user/sousvidesupreme?feature=results_main

October 30th Big Green Egg

July 17th CookShack Smokers

Frank Timlin is preparing his succulent ribs and will be smoking them in the CookShack Smokers today.  Food is usually ready at about 2pm.  You gotta taste these babys!  Best ribs this side of the Rockies!  Also all CookShack Smokers are on sale starting today until we run out.  Hurry in because supply is very low.  We have about 12 in stock in various sizes and colors.
